The block design enables high circulation rates with minimal space requirements. The motor is replaceable without having to completely disassemble the pump or remove the mechanical seal. The highly wear-resistant bellows mechanical seal is independent of the direction of rotation and maintenance-free. It is also medium-lubricated via an internal circulation line, enabling long service life. The pump shaft made of stainless steel 1.4571 is additionally protected by a shaft sleeve, also made of stainless steel 1.4571. This prevents wear on the pump shaft. The pump and the replaceable standard motor are flanged together to form a block unit. The volute casings are fitted with replaceable corrosion resistant wear rings. The closed balanced impellers can be individually adapted to the respective operating conditions. Balancing is carried out to quality grade 6.3 in accordance with DIN ISO 1940. This ensures optimum smooth running and long service life of the entire pump. It is also available in three versions W05, W11 and W12. Each version features specially selected material combinations so that you can choose exactly the model that is best suited to your application and operating conditions.
